...snack. It is one of my favorite ways to eat. There is something so satisfying about sampling lots of different healthy foods. You get a little sweet, a little salty, a little creamy, a little fruity and you feel good about eating good things. Today was Wednesday! Which of course means grocery shopping day. I came home hungry. So I gathered up some of the yummy things I bought:
Rainier Cherries
Brazil Nuts (Two a day provide all the selenium you need!)
Yogurt Cheese (I didn't even know this was sold commercially?)
And Pom Tea
Now I am re-energized enough to get started on some tomato and arborio rice soup. I give you an update later.
